This programme zooms in on the immediate issues that are stopping you from performing at your best. Here’s what’s included in the Programme:
- 4 Mental Coaching Sessions (45 Minutes per session). This excludes self-guided learning and e-lessons.
- Athlete’s Mental Aptitude Assessment (AMAP) to identify mental game challenges.
- Custom Mental Game Plan, which guides your mental game improvement.
- Unlimited email correspondence with Hansen to answer any immediate questions.
- Mental edge workbooks that help you review and apply mental game strategies between sessions.
Note: The programme is to be completed within a month.
