Our Learn to Run programme enables your little one to get active and strong! Kids have tons of energy to burn. How about channeling that energy positively into sport?
Using fun, learning based activities, we teach basic movement patterns as well as core values such as teamwork, attentiveness, and resilience. At the same time, get a chance to learn the different facets of athletics - run, jump, throw! (walks and hurdles too)
For Kids aged 4 - 8 years old
Our minimum age is 4 years old. If your slightly younger child would like to join, we request that a parent assists with their participation in class - good opportunity for parent-child bonding!
